- You can request a one-off intervention for €60/hour.

I cover almost all possible repairs on electric and mechanical bikes. You’ll find a non-exhaustive list on this dedicated page. If you have a specific request, or an intervention that is not listed here, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Labor costs are included in your subscription. You only pay for the spare parts used during our intervention if we need them. If this is not the case, you pay nothing extra – everything is covered as part of your subscription.
A subscription service involves a trip to the customer’s premises, requiring a maximum of one hour’s labor time to repair one or more mechanical components on your bike. Example: if it is necessary to repair a puncture and change the worn chain, this will be considered as a single operation if the repair time is less than 1 hour.
Subscriptions run for 12 months and are not renewable by tacit agreement. However, you can renew your subscription directly from your account.
