Subscription form

With a subscription, you get regularly maintained bikes at low cost.
A subscription service involves a trip to the customer’s premises, requiring a maximum of one hour’s labor time to repair one or more mechanical components on your bike. Example: if it is necessary to repair a puncture and change the worn chain, this will be considered as a single operation if the repair time is less than 1 hour.
Subscriptions are automatically renewable. However, you can stop the subscription directly from your customer account.
Subscription packages cover labor costs only. Spare parts (if required) will be invoiced at the end of the intervention.
Response times vary according to the nature of the request and the availability of the necessary parts. But in principle, I intervene within 4 hours of the request if my schedule allows.
If you have used up your quota of interventions before the end of the year, you can take out a new subscription. However, your previous subscription will still be active, and payment instalments will continue until the anniversary date.
